Text of Complaint by Sunny Kumar:

I have booked an airtel xtream fibre fixed line broadband connection on 7th October 2021 for rs 1769. Due to some issues I have not been provided the service. So I got my order cancelled and the refund process has been initiated. It’s already been 7 days after the cancellation. Yet my money has not been refunded.
