I received damaged product on7th and 8th of February. I asked for refund.amazon says they processed my refund for both products.
Today is 8 th of March. I m fed up with the customer care service of Amazon. Whenever I call them they say there is technical issues wait for 2 day,then 3 day, then 5 day. But they didn’t giving me refund refference number. Every time I contact them they says there is no updates.
Today is 8 March n I m still waiting for my refund.
