I recharged my dad’s phone no. 9876943753 on 21st April 2020 for Rs.598/- through transaction number 2004211197294 using my phone no. 9914092211 from Airtel site but till date phone is not active. We approached different platforms to approach like emails, tweets but nothing to avail . Totally frustrated whom to approach. Hope to rectify at the earliest
