I recharged my airtel no.through sbi yono for rs 719 on 10th January2022 and rechargeI’d is UHC2255299.but this recharge not successful. When I called sbi yono customer care they told they sent this money to airtel company. Now I called airtel company customer service on 12th January about this recharge they told this will solve in 10 days .I again called airtel customer care on 18 January they again told 10 days time to resolve.on 28 January I again called airtel customer service they given me a complain no.CONRC3EST 2022012899053 and told it will resolve on 2 Feb 2021.but no any progress on my complain till now
