I dear in charge
sir, I made a recharge on my airtel mobile number 9541075300 on the 18th of May from the article app. I used airtel app for online recharge of rupee 379, the reference number of which is 0520050683868401GAIQBSGJP (via my SBI online net banking). However, my account did not get renewed nor I got any confirmation message on my phone. The amount was deducted from my account. So, I charge against Bhartiya Airtel for engaging in the fraud case.
