Text of Complaint by Sairam:

I have done recharge of 499 but I am not getting offer that I have recharged I have the same offer last time which recharged 399 because i need more data that is the reason I recharge again my balance is cut from my bank account but no use can you please fix my problem can you close my previous package and make it recent recharge successful
