I wish to complain about Noise buds VS102 with reference to your order id as OD427788605822861100 that I purchased on 09/April/2023 with online payment mode while the order was delivered to me at the date of 10/April/2023.
I am complaining because the product i have received has issue with rigth side of bud making continuously some technical frequency noise while I have done all the verification steps of the flipkart guidelines therefore I had raised my return and replacement request on 11/April/2023, on the same day call i was being informed as the order in your system has been not yet marked as delivered thus need to wait 24hrs and after that it will be approved and replacement order will be dispatched since 11th April till the date of 13th April my order is not marked as delivered on your system and that is not my fault being as a genuine customer, while I had been twice promised by your customer executive team as the replacement will be delivered to me by 13th April 2023 itself and since 11th April 2023 I have been given wrong hopes towards my query.
You may check my flipkart account I order each month twice a thing but after this kind of treatment I may need to think over it because you have made me loss financial plus loosed my trust over you.
I have attached the receipt and product box with the email for reference and request you to kindly provide me my replacement and compensate me as I have caused much of problems due to your fault and customer service wrong hopes and resolution.
I have also attached the call history that how your customer service made me fool and provided wrong hopes.
Kindly find the attachment to the email.
Kindly do the needful on priority bases and provide me the resolution and compensation by today please.
