my son ordered the cycle on 06-0602021. The cycle was delivered on 14-06-2021. When we fit the above according to the instruction from U tube of Reach , one screw was missing. We informed that and it was delivered after 3 /4 days. We fit the screw and after the first ride another part broke.We again made the request and it was also sent by them .we fit the part and with in two minutes of ride the same part got damaged .Now the cycle was of no use.My invoice No is HNDS-2663.Invoice detail-HR-HNDS-1004-2122.Invoice date :06-06-2021.The instrument showing time,Kilometres Etc was also not working.
