As I am planning to Port my Airtel card and I noticed that my messages are not sent , as I have balance in my mobile which is upto 79 rs . .so to understand this issue I have called with Airtel customer care as that fellow told me that for I need to put 139 recharge so I can be send the message. So this is not done as we trusted u and using your card but the things which u are planned regarding the recharge and all.. it’s not to be accepted and I am dam sure that if one get a bad experience then soon lot of people also understand this ..
