My name is Prasant kumar sahu. I am from odisha. Form last few days i am not able to use internet in our area. The condition is so critical that even it takes few minutes to send a message through what’s app. I called the airtel costumer care several times but they are not responding properly. I lived in bhubaneswar which is known to be a smart city. If the network condition is like this in bbsr then i don’t think it is better in any rural area. So i want this problem to be solved asap.
