i am a poco user , 4 days ago i got a security patch update i downloaded and installed that update .the next days its started some abnormal issue, sound not working.
i visited mi service center , they told me that motherboard is completily dead , you need to change , its cost is 10000 , i already sended emails to poco they rejected my email. my phone exactly dead in 1 year, in mi service center i got a bad experience, i need a replace, that updates got other poco users phone dead reason, i need a repleacement, i think this can help , poco now wrost company ever , they abuse there coustmer………………….
