Sir, mujhe 2 mahine pahle plan 299 diya gaya tha jisne 5 gb data monthly or 20 gb data monthly 12 months ke liye diya gaya tha or 100 rs ka monthly retal dicount diya gaya tha.
Lekin aaj mere plan ki bil cycle me mujhe sirf 5 gb data hi diya gaya hai,coustmer care pe bataya ki 20 gb data lene ke liye mujhe 399 ka plan lena hoga.
Iska matlab 2 month pahle airtel ke executive ne jo plan mujhe commit kiya tha wo kya jhoota tha mujhe port out se rokane ke liye.
