I have ordered Order #17589689052 but got wrong colour product in neck area.so i have kept return request but the app itself updated a message that i was unavailable to the delivery boy at pickup time.i have not got anycall from delivery boy.and i have given complaint about pickup n refund 4 times but not got any update.so wanna file a case against it and have a look about my order and refund my money
