As i was having my zip bill payment due of rs.13666 and for that mobikwik charged me approx 4000 as thier penalty.and then i was assisted by one of thier collection representative and he committed me that your penalty will waived off in 2 to 3 days if u make full payment of rs 13666.I made the payment and it’s been 15 days till date and the penalties are increasing day by day and consistently i m getting messages and calls for making the payment.kindly do check my complaint thoroughly and take appropriate action against them.i have call recording for the issue in which he committed me for penalty waiver and screenshot of the above mentioned payment is uploaded
