I ordered two books from Adda247 which was supposed to delivered through DTDC. I have received one book but other one is missing. Whereas the status is showing as delivered for both the books. I contacted the DTDC customer helpline and told them about the matter. But they said the parcels are delivered. It was a prepaid order and I already paid for the books. Now what do I do? I don’t know where they have delivered! DTDC people are not showing that concern about this issue. They are very casual in this regard. So I want to file complaint against DTDC service.
