Firstly the phone no.hardly connected..which is available for customers…secondly the main complaint is that I have urge Tata sky on phone and in written by chat that I have to take new package system as Tri has been fixed and as shown between TV programmes..that before 29 December..we have to chose new packages…but Tata sky still today refuse clearly that it is not prepare for new packages…that’s is contempt of tri’s order…plz help me b’coz the old packages r very coastly
