I order a book from Amazon on 05-05-2021 and my delivery date is 27-05-2021 late delivery due to Covid pandemic. And 27 morning 11.20AM I got the delivery information (Delivery Partners number and Delivery PIN) And I made a call to the delivery partner but he didn’t picked any call I made(I called almost 4 to 6 calls) And after 3.30PM I made call back again still the delivery partner didn’t picked the call. And exactly 4.50PM I got a call from Amazon and I picked the call but the Delivery Partner didn’t speaking, After 20 seconds he drops the call and I got a message of Order cancellation, How the delivery partner cancel the order without a call back or confirmation?. And I contacted Amazon chat assistant and I shared my issue with Assistant and Assistant apologized and I requested the Assistant to giving my ordered product back to me and Assistant told me they can’t do anything to get that product back to me and it’s the delivery partner mistake. Assistant told me to order it again. And Assistant initiated the Refund. And now I can’t order the Product again to my Location due to Covid pandemic. I waited almost a month for the product and even the delivery day the product was cancelled due to Amazon delivery partners careless. Companies like Amazon shouldn’t do these kind of things to the customer’s. Hope the LAW will take Strict Action for these kind of Fraud delivery partners…
