My name is Abhishek Kumar Pandey order no is – 407-6907864-4208349. I order the Samsung M51 Mobile phone for my Fiancy as my engazment is on 23rd Jan 2020. My Order was placed on 20th Jan 2021. i was waiting for phone delivery with lots of happiness and exsitment to give the gift to my fiancy on the occasion of engezment. but when I open my phone in the morning and tracking the status then is showing refund initiated. i was very socked and not able to understand the reason. tried to call the agent and also tried to talk with the customer care. but all the did is please re-order again. its very simple for them that they can cancel your order anytime from backend without asking for the confirmation and your happiness will turn into sadness or even worse. if I will re-order the phone can you tell me will it bring the importance of the occasion.
