Actually I oder a necklace worth 1300 ( kept cod)and within 2 days in whatsApp number from the crystal jewellery kept confirm msg and 23rd march 2023 item dispatched but with wrong item instead of i ordered item so i jst called and message that whatsApp number but they Aree not responding.still went to that page and trying to return portal and return entry but not accepting. They are not responding at all. Pls help me return my money
