I booked Nue go ev bus from Bangalore to tirupathi on 30 th November 2023 ,, I just waited for the bus and when he came the driver doesn’t allowed to bus because we had extra luggage ,, so then I asked him for refund of my ticket amount which is rs.₹ 1018 ,, he told he would but he didn’t and even not answering my calls since I asked him
