I have retunret my order on 24th of February 2021 of my Amazon.in Order # 408-5530849-3417154 since then my refund is stuck . I was continuously calling in customer care service of amazon and they are not giving any suitable answer and keep on giving me dates of 5 or 6 working days .
On 10th of March I talked to Aakash from Amazon India Leadership Team who had raised a complaint (0555133989) regarding the refund stuck of 287 rs and told me to wait for 10 business days that is 24 March for the refund.
And till now I have not got my refund and now also the coustocu care service of the amazon is saying only same thing to wait for some more days .
Please help me out on this I’ll be very grateful.
