I ordered a jogger of dennis lingo from amazon on 1 of january 2024 and i got it by 7 january 2024 but when i opened the package the size was not as i desired so i filled an exchange they told me that the exchange will be done and the date for exchange was 14 january 2024 somehow they the exchange was cancelled but i returned the item on 14 january 2024 they told me that i will get the refund within 13 days after 13 days i called the on 27 january 2024 and they said that the item that you have returned is not orginal or somewhat wrong and we are conducting a investigation and it will take us 3 days to conduct it after three days u called them again on 30 january 2024 and they told me that i returned the fake product and now that they can neither return my ₹799 nor the product then i asked them to conduct the re-investigation but they refused they said that its not in their hands and i should email my complaint at osm@amazon.in so i emailed them on same day and i was told that they will response within 72 hours after waiting for 3 days i.e 72 hours they didn’t responded so on 2 of february 2024 i’am filling this compliant against amazon.in as well as osm.amazon.in and beg your assistance in this regard
