I was trying to booked a ticket from guwahati to Delhi for the date of 19 Nov 21 but the booking was cancelled from their side and amount for the booking was also deducted from my account. After that I contacted to customer care regarding this and they told me that I have to wait for 7-10 working days to get my refund. But when I didn’t get my refund amount after 7-10 working days I called again to customer care to refund my amount but they told that due to some technical issue your amount will credit in your account in next 4-5 working days, like this they doing from last 30 days and till yet I have not received my refund in my account. Its clearly a legally registered firm that doing fraud with people.
