Booked online RETURN TICKET for Air India FLIGHT E Ticket no 098-3871932008 for NEW DELHI-MUMBAI-LONDON-NEW DELHI thru Travel Agent TRAVELGENIO
Requested for modification of single letter spelling error in name.
Travelgenio TRAVEL AGENT) advised to cancel the original Ticket and book another ticket .
They confirmed no deduction and promised full refund of EURO. 755.00plus EURO 50 (paid to them as penalty) ,if new ticket is purchased on payment after cancelling original ticket.
Purchased new ticket for same AIR INDIA flight after making full payment again as per Travelgenio instructions.
Travelgenio (AGENT) refusing to refund as REFUND FROM AIR INDIA not received
