i place order a mobile phone oppo company a54 model on date 06/05/2022.I Paid order amount from credit card.after five days company cancel my order.i call customer care to why my order cancel after five days he ask me your product is dameged in transportation therefore it is cancel.i ask to amazon customer care he provide me fresh new phone deliver to me,but he ask me you place new order.therefore this is compant mistake not me.but conmpany did not help me.
