Now, jio is not raising Service requests. They simply say “We already working on it. However, we can’t commit a date and can’t take complaint on same issue”. I have personally, contacted local network team and I came to know that no such work is really going on. airtel is just a bad network especially in rural areas as they don’t want to invest there.
