Text of Complaint by Arun kumar N:

  1. Respected sir/ mam
  2. My Vodafone number 7867894504 has been blocked for not recharging for 35 days during corona virus days. But whenever I recharge my number they are getting amount but not providing the service for my recharge amount till date. I have recharged 108 rs in this month (June 2020) which they have not given any service. I have also enclosed screenshot of it( provided by Vodafone customer care).
  3. I have recharged my mobile number 7867894504 with 599 rs on 30 January 2020 which has validity for 84 days. But the Vodafone sent me message stating that I have taken chota credit(talk time loan 10rs) 10 rs on 10th of March 2020. The complaint is that how will I take loan amount when I have unlimited calls and internet till April 23rd.
  4. They are not even providing my payment details history (recharge details) from January month so that I can prove them I have not taken any chota credit loan from Vodafone. I kindly request to refund my amount to my account till date which they have not provided service to me from Vodafone service provider. Vodafone service provider is not  even accepting my 50 rs recharge amount for unblocking my number.
  5. I kindly request to solve my issue in this matter.
