I upgraded my tata play box to android box on18 Feb 2023 and till date i am unable to update or modify my pack customer care is least bothered about my complaint no reply or solution is been given..to me my recharge of rs.658 is being wasted as I am unable to see any of the channels…no service no or proper information is being given to me.I am really frusted and unable to understand where to go and whom to complain about my issue.Worst service is being given by tata play what ever price changes have been done in tata play..it should not effect the service for customer when the customer is even ready to pay for the hike in channel rates then why can’t the broadcaster help the customer out of the software or system error..what is the customers fault…no reply no solution and no call from the customer care…..they say u have to manage it from ur own mobile from tataplay app….if it was so easy then why would have called the customer care.i am unable to update the pack but they are not ready to listen anything they just say app se try kijiye but how can i when my app isn’t working working.
