Ordered compact foldable waterproof multipocket bag , but received only 1 out of 2 as there was 1+1 offer .
The bag we received on 20/12/23 was defective and is of poor quality .
I want my refund as soon as possible and cannot tolerate this scam.

I had ordered buy one get one offer bag from family mart . And received only one bag that’s also not worth of Rs 1190 . Have sent mail regarding refund and return.
