My Name is M Sravan Kumar, I have ordered “Hella 007728883 Chrome Trumpet Horn Set ( 12V,400/500 Hz,105 -118 dB @ 2m) for Passenger Car” on 08-06-2023. The order price is Rs. 899.10. The Order ID is 2233643. The order delivered on 13-06-2023. But the delivered item is different brand and cheap (wrong) item. Then I have returned the delivered item with the help of National consumer forum on 15-06-2023. The NCH grievance number is 4631431. Then the item was picked up on 17-06-2023 and the item was reached to Vle Bazaar on 26-06-2023. But still my refund is not provided to me. So many times I made the phone call to Vle Bazaar customer care, but they are are not providing the reason for delay of refund. So I am requesting you please provide me my refund money as soon as possible. Thanking you.
