Last month on 21 Feb 2022 i bought a product: “Canon imageFORMULA P-208II Scan-tini Personal Document Scanner, Black (9704B007)” in rupees: 10,740.
I initiated its return but they initiated the replacement for that product.
I cancelled that replacement and had conversation with the customer executive to initiate my return.
First time the pickup guy refused to pick the product due to the mismatch of serial number of product and box.
Then again I had conversation to customer executive to resolve this issue they said they will initiate another pickup but this time they will remove the product confirmation from the pickup.
On 3 March 2022 my product got picked up and after that i can see that the status of my product is still “Picked up and on the way back”
After having conversations to them they have said that the product is reached to the seller.
They have not refund me my money.
