I had applied for refund of my product which was i not satisfied with quality . The amount is not credited to me they simply arguing it is credited, but is not actually credited. I had even contacted help centre they are unable to resolve my issue, every time ask the same question. Even I had submitted my bank account status and charge back complaint document , still not able to sort out my issue. Please take the strict action against them and please solve my issue which I was facing since 8- 9 days by still not getting my refund amount.
