My name is Priyanka Kumar. My journey was on 17/08/2024 which was from Delhi to Dehradun at 5 o’clock. Two people had a booking but the bus did not come on time and the driver also spoke rudely. I called same day nuego toll free for refund. They also wrote a complaint .And they said that the refund will be received in 5-6 days.
But today on 22/08/2024 they (customer care) are saying that the journey is showing on my seat even though I had cancelled my ticket through customer care before the bus arrived. I want to complain against the driver again and also want my refund . PNR NO 5578528

Apologies for the inconvenience caused. We have investigated the matter and found that the bus pickup was done on time. However, we sincerely apologize for the delayed drop-off, which was due to traffic issues. We are continuously working to improve and reduce delays as much as possible.
