I’ve purchased a new Motorola phone from Flipkart on 8/4/2022 and I found an issue while the video playing ( video is freezing and hanging)i contacted several times to Flipkart and Motorola customer care… they asked me to wait for a software update which can resolve the issue… I’ve received the update but my mobile issue remains same.. I called Motorola customer care again and they said to wait for another update… and also they said the time gap between two updates is 3 months… please consider my issue and please give me the best for me.
