Hi, in the month of may I bought an airtel dongle and subscribed for a 500 gb pack which had a monthly cost of 1599. So my dongle and activation charges costed me 2500 rs. I stay in an interior place called Hakladi kundapur. And based on my past experience with airtel sim I get sufficient internet using phone hotspot to be able to do work from home (network gets weaker at times) So i planned to buy a dongle so that network will be faster. But the dongle strength was not sufficient to pull the network. And i raised a complaint against same but my complaint resolution is being pushed for future. Then i gave the dongle in the airtel office and asked for replacement. But its still under progress. And this month Im receiving a bill of 1903. However last time it was 1521. I need a detail explaination on this bill charges. Also out of 500 gb I was able to use only 50 gb due to slow ess I had to opt for other internet source. Please resolve all these issues. Im highly disappointed with airtel.
