hai acutly my bill amount is 1200 {twelve hundred} rupees but unfortunately i am payed 12000 {twelve thousand} rupees i am asking exess amount refund my account since 15 days but nobady respond my complaint in air tel costemr casre some bady telling 7 hours ur amount is refund your account some bady telling 24 hours i am also tired this type of answers
