I filled my electricity bill through airtel app on 14June,2021 ( evening) first time amount of bill debited from my account but bill not successfully paid .Text message received by me that is Ur transaction is failed but amount debited from my account.Amount is not refunded in my account within five days . Then I filled complained at airtel store near my home he filled my complaint successfully he tell me he will respond me about my complaint but there is no response and amount also not refunded in my account. Refund my amount as soon as possible.
