My device Poco X3 Pro suffered dead issue on 03DEC 2022 , and I submitted it in service center of Poco .They give me the time of 10 days which is over today . When I asked to Poco customer care , then he told me your job sheet is cancelled by service centre (not giving appropriate reason) . Please help me out I have only that device of 21K . I am suffering a lot with my studies and many more . Thank you
