I recharged my number with extra 50 gb of Rs.251 with my existing unlimited data pack. I had my previous data package valid untill yesterday. I recharged new unlimited data pack yesterday as yesterday was the last day of my previous data pack. But after ending of previous data pack my extra data balance is also not showing. But the extra data package was promised to intact with continuous unlimited package. I didn’t skip a day between my previous recharge and new recharge. So, why is the extra data package is not showing or expired ?
