i haven’t taken any loan from this Arthimpact Digital loans private limited but in my cibil report it shows i have a loan of 5000 from this company because of this my cibil is became low i want this to be remove

Hi my name is mohammed akram. I am from hyderabad. Same thing is happening with me from last 4-5 months. My cibil score is getting decrease. I am doing so much to remove this unknown account from my credit report but I not able to do it.
