Hello sir My name is Akshay Jindal applied for non-voice process job in Rectitude technology on march where they asked me to complete video kyc and given me a link where certain details needs to be given. I have not submitted my form and it got submitted itself saying that i have submitted the form. At first they asked me to give rs 5000 for first month but then they said i had to give 25000 and then they took 135000 from me . I told them itself that i wont do the job. But, suddenly i received a text message saying that they will do case against me for breaching and take legal actions where i haven’t done any wrong and told them that i won’t do the job. They are threatening me to send the legal notice in my address.They are sending me Fake NOC and took 1 lakhs 5 thousand rupees from me and then after that they keeps on threatening me. So i request you to Please take legal action against this company and the advocate who is fighting in favour of this fake company and help me to get my money back.
