Text of Complaint by Upendra Singh:

  1. Hello sir/mam,
    On october 9 I recharged my mother’s number using my Airtel Thanks app. I made payment for 798 Rupees pack (which is 84 days validity unlimited calling pack with 2gb PER day data). And I made the payment through PHONE PE UPI in Airtel app. But after doing the payment I never got any receipt or confirmation message from you but balance was deducted from my bank account. I checked the last transactions for my mom’s number but could not find the recharge details. Please fix the issue as soon as possible and activate the pack. Below are the details of my phone pe transaction and number details.
    Mobile Number: 7060324545
    Pack amount: Rs. 698
    (Recharge done through 7060324545 registered on Airtel app)
