It’s regarding my number 8530800184. I raised thousands times complain and on part of resolution I just heard that we have escalated your issue. I am not even getting an Mbps speed. No one looking on my issue. Everyone is just trying to make becaz customer cannot do anything other than making calls at customer care. I asked for favor of waving off my paid amount because I m not able to use data for even 3-4 days but no one listen or responded in last 2-3 years on my requests. Huge lists of request but no one care about issue resolution.
