I recently bought Motorola washing machine and the machine is not working. The technician who came for the installation has also told us the machine need to be replace. There is no power supply going in the machine. I have spoken to the customer care service personal several times like 2-3 times in a day. Nothing has been done till today. They alway say that the matter will be resolve within 24 hours or 48 hours and nothing hat happened till today. Please replace the machine as soon as possible or refund me back the cash so that i could order another one. I am really in need of the washing machine. Thank you.
