Dear Sir/Ma’am.
I have booked a smartphone samgung galaxy note 9 on dated 17th Feb through Airtel online store .
On dated 18th Feb a guy came at my home for documents collection and other formalities. Which is done perfectly.
On dated 20th Feb I came to know that my loan is cancelled due to some misprint in photocopys of my documents. And on 21th Feb I received a message for Airtel in which they have clearly mentioned the my booking amount will be reversed to my account. Within 7 to 10 days Which I have not received till yet .
I called customer care for the same they given me a complaint number 89822749
On 5th march. And stated that payment will transfer into my account within 5 days . Which is not received till yet.
And I am attaching reference document for the same..
Kindly do the needful.
