This is to inform you that, i am using Airtel Postpaid connection. I mad the complaint before three month or four month for internet issue. My mobile’s internet fluctuate in every 5 minute. But Airtel team not resolved the issue.
I have visited the Airtel store in August and they ask me to port my circle and change the plan to Rs. 899 it will be add on one DTH connection and one mobile connection free of cost. I agreed and they made a mistake, plan activated on my wife’s connection and my mobile no. ported from Delhi Circle to UP West. No my wife’s mobile have the plan of 899 and my plan is 399. Now i need to pay Rs. 1400 approx for both.
I don’t know why i will pay for their mistake. But Airtel team is not able to resolve.
Please help me.
