I bought poco x3 mobile on 5 july 2021 it worked properly but after an update in September 2022 the mic,speaker and front camera stopped working..I didn’t know that it was due to that update. I visited mi service center they told me to change the motherboard of the mobile and it will cost me Rs8945..I didn’t have this much money So I started using my phone with earphone..but from yesterday (29 march 2023) this phone is not working with earphones also. What should I do? by the mistake of the company my 16K vanished.. I’m a student and belong to middle class family. We cannot afford a new phone every year. The company has to take the responsibility for such a mistake. My phone is not damaged physically.
