Sir, I have applied to recharge my Airtel Mobile no. 7636053523 on 12/04/2023 at 05-25 a.m. through net banking of Rs.660.00 and the third party payment opted was myPAN gram. But, after deducting the amount from my bank account , the recharge was failed. The bank transaction ref. no was – myPangram 1737098048IGAPKVPYV6 Dated- 12/04/2023. Till tpday , the amount was mot refunded to my account. So, I cordially request you to refund the amount in my accout.
