I ordered a mobile phone from Amazon .they offer me exchange for my old phone .I accept the offer after two days I recived package from them .they give me parcel and take my old phone from me as per exchange offer. I opened my parcel but found damaged phone .I have video and pics for proof.i called to their coustomer care and they assured me thay damaged phone will be replaced with new one in two days .Today i e 12-04-2022 thier delivery boy came and said your order is cancelled now .I don’t know the reson of this .i called them and demand for my replacement or give my old phone back .but they refused to give me my phone back and said your exchange money will be back in their stupid wallet.
I don’t have any phone from last 4 days .which cause great harassment for me.secondly they don’t give my old phone back .i gave them my phone for exchange not for sale they don’t have any right to do so .I don’t want money instead of my old phone.they harassed me badly.please do something
