Text of Complaint by Jaishree Bhowmick:

I am Jaishree Bhowmick, have disconnected the supply of wifi on 4th September 2021 via toll free number 121. The executives told me that the rest amount which was left in my account will be refunded and for that the finance department will contact me over the call within 45 days. 45 days has gone but none of the team contacted me so I call on 121 again on 23rd of October and on that day firstly the executive told me that there is no amount left to be refunded but after checking again he told me a sum of 1211.86 rs. and ask me to mail on [email protected]. Not an issue, I have mailed and I have been asked for the further documents like cancelled cheque etc. I attached the documents then I receive a call from one of your executive asking me to mail again the cancelled cheque which I had already attached and sent approx 3 times but not an issue, I have mailed again on [email protected] with the documents. After that I have received a mail saying that my amount has been already refunded on 15th October 2021 as per there records. The question arises that why call center agents firstly misguided me? Are they not perfectly trained for the process or they all lack the knowledge of the process or they are not willing to help me out? Secondly without any bank details given by me before 15th October how is this possible that my amount is refunded? Is this even possible? I have checked my bank statement as well with this Regards and sent you the same over the mail. Please look into this matter closely as this is a matter of high disappointment and dissatisfaction from a leading company like airtel.
